Return & Refund Policy

At Soulful Expressions, each piece is created and shared with intention, care, and presence.
Because many of our offerings are one-of-a-kind or energetically infused, we have the following return policy in place.

Original Artwork & Custom Pieces

All original artwork, custom commissions, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Prints & Non-Custom Items

Prints or non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • Unaltered

  • In their original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Insurance

Larger or high-value pieces may include shipping insurance. In these cases, claims will be processed through the shipping carrier.
