  • THE THREE PART JOURNEY
Each class includes a presentation and guided creative experience designed to support emotional processing, intention setting, and integration. These practices are intuitive, symbolic, and accessible — no artistic experience is required.

PART ONE: FOUNDATIONS OF ENERGY & AWARENESS
    March 14, 2026 from 10am-3pm

Explore how energy, emotions, and thoughts are experienced within the body. Learn foundational concepts such as intention, vibration, and the heart–mind–body connection, and begin developing tools to recognize and decode the body’s messages.

    Creative Experience:
    Floral Intention Wreaths
Participants will create a floral wreath symbolizing personal intentions for growth, awareness, and integration. This practice supports conscious intention-setting and provides a tangible reminder of the journey ahead.

PART TWO: EMOTIONAL PATTERNS & RECONNECTION
    June 13, 2026 from 10am-3pm

Deepen awareness of emotional patterns, trauma, and imbalance. Learn where emotions are felt in the body, how patterns form, and how to release outdated programming. This phase focuses on rebuilding self-trust, inner awareness, and emotional clarity.

    Creative Experience:
    Emotional Vision Boards
Through intuitive collage and imagery, participants will create a vision board that reflects their emotional landscape. This practice supports clarity, self-awareness, and connection to inner guidance, allowing emotions to be expressed visually rather than intellectually.

PART THREE: INTEGRATION & THE BODY AS GUIDE
    September 12, 2026 from 10am-3pm

Learn to view pain and symptoms as meaningful signals rather than problems to fix. Explore integrative approaches to body awareness and practice techniques to release stored emotional energy, supporting alignment with your healthiest, most embodied self.

    Creative Experience:
“Putting Down the Mask” — Mask Making
A gentle, reflective creative process using mask-making to explore the roles, identities, and protective layers we carry. This experience invites awareness, self-compassion, and integration, supporting a deeper connection to authenticity and self-expression.

Meet Your
Guide & Facilitator

My name is Kat, and I’m your guide and facilitator. I know opening up to something so deep inside yourself can feel vulnerable and scary sometimes, so I wanted to share a little about myself, my journey, and my intention for hosting classes based on finding the root cause of disease, sickness, or mental illness.

Throughout my life, I’ve watched the people closest to me suffer from mental illness, disease, and pain. From early childhood, I knew I didn’t want that to be me. I can remember Googling about mental illness as soon as we had access to a computer.

Since then, the need to study the human body and psyche has only gotten stronger as I watch a collective avoiding their emotions, casting away their fears, and running away from their dreams, all in the name of “keeping the peace.”

I’ve watched women suffer, and I’ve suffered along with them. So many women I know don’t feel safe softening, and they feel forced to hold onto their tough outer shells as if their life depends on it. What they don’t realize is that this outer shield gets heavy after a while, and eventually our body forces us to put it down.

What happens after the shield goes down? Typically, the nervous system takes over and steers the ship. Creating anger, depression, and self-sabotage. It does what it feels it needs to do to protect against the outer world when we start showing our soft insides.

It is my hope to help guide women closer to themselves. I am here to remind them of how powerful they are and instill a confidence that isn’t easily broken or disrupted by the noise of the outer world. As someone who has seen significant hardship, I know what it feels like to be lost, unable to find yourself. We spend so much time going in circles, just to always land back in the same place. This is where the feeling of powerlessness begins to take hold.

With my classes and retreats, we are here to work together to face that powerlessness and honor it, listen to it, and offer it a safe place to go instead of fighting against it. When these emotions come up, and we fight them, we wreak havoc inside our bodies.

It is my goal to help bring you to the surface when you feel like you’re at the bottom of the ocean. I want to offer you a chance to breathe fresh air deeply into your lungs and exhale safety.

We can draw power from within ourselves - as if we are an ocean, and use that force to carry us above the water instead of letting the undertow take us under. That ocean inside of you wants to see you flow with her, not swim against the current. I am confident that with my class, you’ll feel safe riding the waves of emotion and will always find your home back on land. Each time arriving more confident, with a deeper love for all parts of yourself, both dark and light.
